Silver Creek Village is one of the area’s newest neighborhoods, a planned community at the corner of I-80 and US-40. It’s still being built, with new homes, townhomes and condos going up phase by phase.

At a glance
- Where. At the southeast corner of I-80 and US-40, about 20 minutes from Main Street.
- Homes. New single-family homes, some with accessory apartments, plus townhomes and condos.
- Skiing. Park City Mountain and Canyons Village are about 15 to 20 minutes away.
- Outside. Parks and open space planned into the community, with the Glenwild and Round Valley trails a short drive away.
- Errands. A few everyday stops nearby and a grocery store proposed. For now, most errands happen at Kimball Junction.
- Getting around. A High Valley Transit route links the village with the Jeremy Ranch park-and-ride.
- Schools. South Summit School District. Check any address with the district.
Daily life
It’s still figuring out who it is, which is part of the fun. New homes and new neighbors arrive every year, and the people here now get to shape what it becomes.
My take
My go-to spot. Warehouse Motorclub, especially if you love cars. It’s such a fun and unexpected addition to this side of town.
What people don’t realize. The neighborhood is still evolving. Construction phases, future roads, amenities and planned buildings can affect both the current experience and long-term views.
What I love most. The mix of newer homes and a growing community. It feels like a place that will keep developing its own identity.
If you’d like to see Silver Creek Village the way I’d show it, say hello.
