About Jessie
Local insight. Real guidance.
Park City is home. And for me, real estate has always been about much more than the property itself.
Buying here isn’t always as straightforward as it looks online. Zillow can show you what’s listed. It can’t tell you what’s quietly changing around town, what neighborhoods actually feel like in February versus July, where traffic stacks up on powder days, or the small details that shape what life here really looks like after the excitement of closing wears off.

How I got here
One mountain town, then another.

A closing gift, ready for its new owners.
I grew up in Sun Valley, my husband grew up in Park City, and we’ve built our life here raising our family.
I know what it’s like to fall in love with a place, to make a life here, and to understand the difference between what looks good on paper and what actually feels right.
Today, I work with buyers and sellers across Park City and the surrounding communities, from first purchases and investment properties to second homes, relocations, commercial opportunities and legacy estates. My clients range from those just beginning to explore Park City to those who already know exactly where they want to be.
My approach is straightforward: know the market, know the people, pay attention to the details, and make the process feel easier than it should.
I’m a firm believer that the best real estate advice doesn’t always lead to a transaction. Sometimes it’s knowing when to buy, when to wait, which neighborhood actually fits, or which property isn’t worth pursuing.
The goal is simple: to be the person you call when you want an honest answer, a local perspective, or someone who knows how to get things done.
Local knowledge. Genuine service. Real results.

A few things I’d tell you.
When I’m not working or chauffeuring my kids around town, these are a few places you’ll find me, and the ones I’d love to share with you. Plus a little local wisdom you only pick up by living here.
I have a jacket for that. Living in a mountain town means you can never have too many jackets. At least, that’s how I justify my collection. A bit of an obsession? Maybe. I’m calling it prepared.
The school pickup outfit might also be the ski outfit. Add a coat, swap the shoes and carry on. Park City is very forgiving when your plans show up in your wardrobe.
A powder day changes the group text. Someone’s already been out. Someone’s trying to move a meeting. Someone wants to know if it’s worth heading up. Everyone has an opinion.
“One more run” requires clarification. On the mountain or at the grocery store? Both happen around here, and only one sounds fun to my kids.
A little something for the parents. The Champions Club at Silver Lake is a favorite with the kids. Free arcade games tend to make everyone’s afternoon a little better.
My kind of catch-up involves a trail. Iron Mountain Trail is a favorite. A walk, a friend and a conversation that lasts a little longer than planned.
A mudroom belongs on the needs list. Skis, boots, backpacks, wet gloves. In a mountain town, the hardest-working room in the house deserves a spot near the top of your list. Trust me, you’ll use it.
Going to Salt Lake? Bring another pair of shoes. Sometimes the valley feels like a different season. The snow boots that made sense in your driveway can feel a little ambitious down there, so keep an extra pair in the car.
Bicycle Bread from The Market. Buy two. One to bring home, and one because you’ll wish you had.
My last-minute gift stop? Park City Gardens. The gift, the card and probably something for yourself, all in one stop.
Let Auntie Em’s take something off your plate. Pie, cookies, something baked for later and a loaf of banana bread while you’re there. Hosting for the holidays? Order ahead. Future you will be grateful.
Where you’ll find me. Urban Sailor for coffee. Silver Star Cafe for a proper lunch. Tupelo off Main. Hearth and Hill with the family. Palomino for one good drink.

Ask me anything.
A restaurant for Saturday, a neighborhood you’re curious about, a house you keep going back to. I answer every note myself.
