How I handle your information.

This site is here to be useful, not to collect data. Here’s plainly what’s gathered, why, and what I do with it.

What you share with me

When you use the contact form, you share your name and email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your phone number, timing or the neighborhoods you’re considering. It comes to my inbox so I can reply. I use it to answer you and to help with your plans, and for nothing else.

The newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is stored by WordPress.com, which sends the newsletter on my behalf. Every issue includes a link to unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

The site is hosted on WordPress.com, which uses cookies and basic analytics to keep it running and to show me which pages are being read. I see this in aggregate and don’t use it to identify individual visitors. Videos are served through WordPress.com as well. You can read WordPress.com’s privacy policy for the details, and your browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time.

What I don’t do

I don’t sell or rent your information. I share it only when you ask me to, such as an introduction to a lender or inspector, when my brokerage, Windermere Real Estate Utah, needs it as part of a transaction, or when the law requires it.
