Trailside sits between Old Ranch Road and US-40, a neighborhood built around one of the Basin’s busiest parks, with playgrounds, playing fields, a bike park and an elementary school close by. The name is accurate: trails really are the point here.

At a glance

Daily life
Trailside is busy in the best way. The park fills up after school and on weekends, the bike park is rarely empty, and the trails into Round Valley start a few streets away.
My take
My go-to spot. Trailside Bike Park. Even when I’m not riding, I love how much activity and neighborhood life surrounds it.
What people don’t realize. The parks and schools create a very social neighborhood, but they also create busier moments during drop-off, pickup, games and events.
What I love most. It’s one of the easiest neighborhoods for an active lifestyle. Trails, parks, schools and friends can all become part of the daily routine.
If you’d like to see Trailside the way I’d show it, say hello.
