Living in Sun Peak and Bear Hollow

Sun Peak and Bear Hollow sit on the hillside west of SR-224, between Canyons Village and the Utah Olympic Park. They’re quiet, trail-connected neighborhoods with almost everything a few minutes away.

Daily life

Days here tend to start on a trail. Rob’s Trail is right up the road, the Olympic jumps rise just above the neighborhood, and town, the resort and the interstate are all within easy reach.

Worth knowing

Bear Hollow Village and Sun Peak each have their own associations and amenities, so it’s worth knowing which one a home belongs to.

My take

My go-to spot. Hiking Rob’s Trail. It’s one of my favorite ways to get outside without having to go far or make a big plan.

What people don’t realize. The location is incredibly strategic. You can reach town, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction and the interstate without feeling centered around any one of them.

What I love most. The trail access, and the balance between a neighborhood feel and easy access to everything.

If you’d like to see Sun Peak and Bear Hollow the way I’d show it, say hello.
